well... as the title imply~ it would be food related to pork meat~!

chinese: 豬脚醋
zhu geok chou [pronounced as in cantonese]
translated to english will be... ... ... pork leg with vinegar!
usually this dish is available in shops that sells...
"bak kut teh" [another yummy dish] or
"lat tong" [another yummy dish! omg!]
normally comes in pot~ in this case its a big pot~
it has strong taste of vinegar and a lil bit spicy~
main ingredient would be the pork leg~
pork skin with a layer of fat beneath and also meat~
yumyum~ wad else... i think tats bout it...
anywhere in malaysia u tasted this dish that is worth talking bout?
or maybe not only malaysia?
any dishes that u want to recommend?
or any info that we left out bout this dish?
